~Bill from Vermilion:OMG I waited ** minutes and never got anyone!!! I was trying to communicate with someone to share my disappointment with your lack of "Customer Service". I am not talking about things you do to fullfill a service contract or manufacturers warranty. I am speaking about the above and beyond things you do for loyal customers. I have purchased * laptops from Microcenter in the past * years, including * service contracts. I had a unfortunate mishap with my latest computer, so I contacted Microcenter to inquire about my extended warranty (** min). I was informed that the mishap was not covered because I didn't get the accident coverage (my bad) just the extended manufacturers warranty. I asked about the possability of repair and was switched to the service dept. (* min). The service dept advised a $** fee, and none of the fee was able to be applied to a new laptop if my laptop was trashed. My dissappointment is in the clinical responses from the people I spoke with. There was no empat
