~hypersynapse:number & instructions worked great but customer service couldn't help me b*c their system was down. Maybe their phones were overloaded also because there was a bad delay. Also, the rep had no idea how to tell me what time to call back in MY time zone (kept telling me "after *AM Central time", but I'm on the West Coast. She was slow to verify for me that would be after *AM Pacific time)
