~DaleKNJ1963：metro pcs service *****!!! first of all you go to the store they tell you they are "OUT OF STOCK" on the phone you wnat then they say they will put you on a waiting list and you get a number fo a sales person. SHE NEVER ANSWERS her phone and when you call the store they NEVER answer either. It has been * weeks today and NO ANSWER!!! you call the customer service and forget about it!!! you get china or vietnam or someplace where they are of NO ASSIASTANCE nad they barely speak ENGLISH!!!! metro pcs sounds like quite a SCAM to me. You would think they would want to give good customer service and get new customers, apparently that IS NOT the case. After this more than HORRIBLE experience I tghink I will stay with VERIZON!!!
