~Anthony:Worst tech service EVER, completely unqualified staff who don't even know how to fix a simple data problem with my phone. All they did was tell me to upgrade my plan, after I told them that my internet speed wasn't the issue, it was packet flow flucuation. They didn't even know what packets are wtf. Completely lame, and when I told then again that that was not a solution because it was unrelated to my problem they just hung up. Wow totallyridiculous
