~cnj:They were very helpful once* I was able to make contact with them. The amount of time andresearch that I had to do though to make a successful call to them was absurd! They should pay me for my time. I certainly hope their agents make a decent wage because no matter how well they do their jobs, it really doesn't matter at that point because the customers frustration level is off the charts by the time they get to the agent. That is no way to do business, creating all the road blocks deterring their own customers from receiving support from a company that they chose to do business with. This is a huge market, so unless it's the same run around with all the providers, METRO PCS is ignorant and showing their ability to keep up with the big boys... that includes CUSTOMER SUPPORT * SERVICE *FAIL--- step up or step down
