~NotAHappyCustomer: Placed an order a week ago. Online, it hasn't moved. Can't find a toll- free number anywhere. Called this number, transferred to a VM and got disconnected. How can you run a corporation without a customer service department? Sent an EM, STILL waiting for a reply. What a horrible company. Sorry I placed an order now.
