~mom1:I was on Avapro for my blood pressure medco decided to change me to a generic medication that I had many severe allergic reactions to I was told that my doctor authorized this change my doctor stated that the company practically twisted her arm i feel this is so they can save money .Finally after I kept calling medco and my doctors office my medication was changed back to my medication that i had been on for over * years. Patient's should not have to fight for their medications. We are out here working and still have to fight for our benefits I'm changing from medco as soon as I can talk with my benefits officer.
