~aishling:They told me three different things (though, to be fair I had to wait an age to speak to * different people, few of whom I could understand). First of all, I had a virus. Then, they could not help me because they did not deal with Irish customers (then why the **** did they sell me the product - I was using the number I was given with my account). Then when I was obviously annoyed by that, they told me it was not a Mcafee issue (it was!) and that I would have to contact some local help (n suggestions given). I will NOT be renewing my subscription.
