~rjf184:Awful customer service. Made multiple appointments for technicians to look at a broken piece of furniture (poor engineering on manufacturers part) and the technicianed pulled a "no show" not once, but twice. When they finally came and took picutres of the broken furniture, it took * months for the part to come. This was after they called and told me that it was in and they would deliver it... and no showed AGAIN. It got to the point that I just accepted their incompetence b*c it was causing me too much frustration. Do not purchase from Marlo unless you're sure you will never need to deal with their cust service.
