~PaulB:I have not been able to access my mail.com email for the past * days, either via pop or via the mail.com web site. My password suddenly stopped working and I get:*You've entered an invalid Email address * password combination - please retry. I have called the US number several times, and was told that they could not help and I had to use the web support. Only had a standard response telling me to try a different web browser, not telling me what the real problem is. Eventually I was told to call the freephone premium support US number, which I eventually worked out I could to do via Skype (I am in the UK and BT phones can't connect). They told me that there was a system problem that their engineers are looking into, but no timescales, or reason, and I really don't know if I even trust this explanation, given the low quality of support. Still no access. Stay away from mail.com, do not use to run your business from!!
