~lcorbin:In total of four separate conversations (two live chats involving four different agents), only one issue was resolved. I was double-billed, and the *st phone conversation resolved that, I hope. Subsiquent conversations, regarding loss of service the following day, were not resolved. A confirmation email, regarding *nd year renewal and order * where never resolved, as well as a correct renewal date, as per original purchase. Repeatedly told (I) did not understand! No resolution, disrespectful attitude with agents, and ultimately disconnected by agent * out of * times. No effort to rectify the problem, just ongoing denial of problem! Saved one conversation and will be trying to follow up by US mail, to physical address.
