I went about the task of trying to port out the number because I just can't deal with any more of their crappy service, customer and phone. To send me another device, I have to pay $* shipping*handling. It's not a lot of money but it's not my fault* it should come to me grattis with return postage for the old device. Meanwhile, I'd have no alternative than to risk crappy audio versus a mystery number on Google Voice. Why should I pay again for their likely crappy device? **Here's the best part.
