~Kathy:BEWARE! I have been a cardholder with Macy's since ****. In the last four months Macy's account receivable systems are completely hosed. I make more than double the minimum payment every month and in Sept. and this month Macy's has applied my payment to the wrong account, but they are placing harrassing collections phone calls looking for payment - thank goodness for Electronic Bill Payment engines - and on top of all this mess, they are trying to assess me a late fee of $**! I am going to turn them into the BBB and the AZ Attorney General for investigation.
