I paid my balance on the first day of the billing cycle, close the account, received a "Account Closed & Zero Balance" letter. * weeks later, they sent me a $* interest statement. DO NOT EVER OPEN a MACY'S account. Even with their famous "additional **%-**% off with store card", it is still a lot higher than Amazon or other online store. There are a lot of mistakes in my life, but opened up a Macy's card to save couple dollars was the BIGGEST mistake ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
