~Tiacee:Horrible customer service. I have contacted customer service on several occasions about getting a refund for the my history lab as the website associated the wrong book with my account. I actually got to speak with a customer service rep ONE time in all the calls. He refused to change the book to the right one and said I would have to get a refund instead and that he would email me the information. Since then I have recieved nothing. I have also sent in several customer service requests online asking for my refund. In reply, I get a generic response saying they will respond as soon as possible. Basically, they have "waited out" there refund grace period so I am sure they are going to try to deny my refund now. Sad part is I never got to use the product and started contacting them within minutes of ordering there product and all I have gotten, once they got my money, is NO REAL RESPONSE AT ALL! Guess I am out that ** dollers.
