~flutters:Have called twice and still don't have a useable printer. Person I spoke with today kept reading out of a book and saying the same thing over and over. I asked her to please turn the page, this isn't working. NEVEr AGAIN will I buy a Lexmark. My twenty dollar HP was better than this piece of ****. Then they cut corners. First the will send a new print head. That didn't work. Next they will send a new shell but not the software or cables. If that doesn't work I will be sending it back and going back to HP.
