~janaezing: There were a few prompts, but I was able to get a representative quickly. I received some of the information I needed, but I ended up having to do more investigating after I hung up. I called back * minutes later and received the same representative. I don't know if that was by design, but it sure made a stressful situation less stressful. The rep filed a dispute on my behalf.
