~WorstServiceEver:Drove to gilroy location that's inproperly listed online and realized when we got there to an empty building so tried calling the one located down the street to let them know we were coming as it was VERY IMPORTANT for us to get in there TODAY and they didn't answer and the call was before ** pm closing time... We went to door at exactly **pm and it was locked so I called for the lady to open the door and to see if they would take us in and she said they were busy and that's why they didn't answer the phone and that they had a lot of work to do so they COULDN'T take us in right at closing time.. I called customer service * to see if they could do anything to help but was told the same thing about the ** closing time and while I kept insisting we were here by ** and the door was locked there was no empathy whatsoever and I'm shocked that this is how they treat customers especially dealing with very sensitive matter I would think they would have some kind of heart and be willing to take
