~J:I purchased a GPS device (LN***) and on several occasions tried to find upgrade information on your web site with absolutly no results. This afternoon I phoned the *-*** numberto find out if I could get a map for Australia and was told you don't have one. It has been my experience that LG does not provide support for this device and I can only conclude LG provides the same support for all their products. I will not purchase any LG products in the future and I will also alert all my friends re this lack of service recommending strongly that they purchase from a more reputable company. I will purchase a new GPS from Garmin because I know they support their product.
