~pentland472:This is nuts. I had somebody who I could not understand. And, as a bonus, my own voice kept blasting back to me. The person who "assisted" me was functionally illiterate. I have no problem if they want to out source their call center off shore (besides the obvious fact that it is bad for our city's economy) - but at least train the agents to speak properly and maintain your trunks and circuits so the connection is viable.
