~QweenBee55:CSR told me there is no service or repair centre for Kobo eReaders. I had to pay $ ** with Visa to talk on line with a Kobo technician who did NOTHING for me.The CSR I just spoke to on the phone kept telling me they don't charge for tech service. I kept telling him YES THEY DO !!! I just paid $ **. He kept saying I must've paid it to somebody else despite that I told him I have an email acknowleding my deposit. Kobo service is the ***** !!!!!
