~ben 1212:i was in a payment plan with kaiser i receive a bill evry month and i pay it on time as i always do with all my bill, so i received a bill that said is due on ********** when i called to make a payment thay said that my account is in colections and my payment was due on the **th of every month ,ohh and when i called i was on hold for ** minutes not only that when i asked for a supervisor they told me to leave my number and they will call me back still waiting for a return call..any way i paid the remain ballance in full ,i will never deal with kaiser!!!
