GetHuman-emmyfre:I've been trying to get an appt with Psychiatry for weeks. I asked them to rush it because my insurance will be up in May and want to get started to see if I want to stay with Kaiser or move to another insurance policy. They said I would get a call in ** hours. I've received NOTHING. I've called multiple times and am very unhappy with the service. They assigned me a therapist who I have not heard from and am not receiving any care. In order to change it, they have to put in for a change of provider, which takes weeks. People with mental health issues do not want to sit on the phone trying to make this happen. It takes a lot out of me to even call to reach out for help. Why is it so difficult to get an appointment?!
