~Melanie D:I was the first car at the drive thru. The employee came on and said he would be with me in a moment. I waited seven (*) minutes at the menu and when he came back to me, his exact words were "yeah, what do you want?." My response was "how about a thank you for waiting?" No response from your employee. I proceeded to give him my order and when I ordered mashed potatoes, he replied we don't have that. NO MASHED POTOATOES AT A KFC AT DINNER TIME????? I was livid and went inside. I asked for the manager and a woman raised her hand. I proceeded to tell her about her employee and her restaurant and she just stared at me. I left. Of note, there we only two (*) customers that I could see in your restaurant at the time. No idea why it took so long to take my order. I have been to this location before and you need to know that it is poorly managed and a bad image for the KFC brand. You really need to have several unannounced visits to get a true picture of your store and how poorl
