GetHuman-42466:I owed a past due bill at which they disconnected my service early in the morning we promptly got the money to them via pay online we had confirmation numbers and everything my wife then spoke with someone and they told her that it would take about ** hours for service to be reconnected ** hours later they finally get the service back on. I have young children in the house as young as * years old they couldn't understand why the lights didn't work or why it was cold in the house. I am a very pissed off customer. long wait times, very poor service they don't care about the customers at all. absolutely no compassion for the hard working people who struggle everyday to keep the lights on and keep the heat going on those cold nights. irritated customer
