~Red Wrangler:Have a leak in my Wrangler and it has been at the dealer for ** days total at more than $***.(multiple times) They say it is repaired and it STILL LEAKS. Dealer says they can NOT speak to anyone in Detroit (only some STAR computer diagnostic system)and told me I could do better calling customer service!!!!! Used this number & got right thru to a very professional rep & she spoke to dealer and kept me on hold a short time while she did. I still have to go back to the dealer for the repair and have real doubts about the same repairer doing the work multiple times, but they at least called the dealer and put them on notice that they are watching. This number gets you thru, but Jeep needs to step up their game and get to the heart of the repair -- at this point fly in someone from Detroit to CT. This is the last chance I will give them before I go to ALL the consumer protection resources I can find.
