Meanwhile my time to departure date is getting closer, and I still have to apply visa and also booking a hotel. No matter what I said, It doesn't get any proper attention unlike redeeming mileage to Singapore Airline. Second go public to this firm will not make this company survive for a long time if the behavior of this airline is remained.
