I was told they would replace them with the right ones and charged for the correct ones...that they would refund for the wrong ones when they received the return. It is now *******. I just called, first guy was totally puzzled, left me, another guy came on and said they had not received the returned cartridges. They would notify me when they arrived. Their phone manners are rude. I have bought from them for many years, now use Meritine.com. They are in trouble in some way.
