~Pb92109:I called my insurance company to discuss my billl and was greeted by an automated message which vaguely stated they "may" have difficulty answering my call due to a recent phone problem. There was no date indicated of when this message was recorded, there was no hold music - no indication at all that somebody might ever pick up my call so I ended it at ** minutes. I suspect this message may be a policyholder avoidance tactic. I'm switching - can't get hold of your insurer's customer service on the phone? RUN AWAY!
