~niki:they have this ugly habit of sending things out part through ups and the rest of the way through usps.in this process,it takes forever to receive the shipment*item.the items arrived damaged*destroyed.it took the clowns days to respond and by then it was too late to file a claim with my credit card company.so i'm stuck with items that are destroyed,no refunds,no comoensation and no reply*response as promised by ideeli,just a generic e-mail so for me.it's the best way to run a scam and make profit.you can't charge people for items not received as promised.the terms of mode of shipment should be disclosed so consumer can make an informed dicision.thinking about filing a complain again st them with the FTC
