GetHuman-201936:Called to cancel one leg of my journey and get on the flight at the next city I had a layover. Customer service said they would charge me *** dollars change fee, and I would have to pay the difference of what the price is now. I asked to speak to a manager and the person would not let me. I kept asking she put me on hold then came back and said she spoke to him for me, and that is the answer. I said I would like to speak to the manager she then said he was not available. I asked how did she talk to him if he wasnt there? She put me back on hold for ** minutes then I hung up. What an awful airline!
