~Anne:I called to change the card number for auto payment* I was told it could only be done on the computer because of 'security.' If I had wanted to do it on the computer I would have - it is strange that Darien mentioned it couldn't be done because of recording conversations. I have made three other calls today to other vendors who I pay via this Visa card and, at least one, if not all, said that the conversation would be recorded. I don't buy Darien's story and I am NOT happy!
