~Eric:Easier and faster than I feared... hard to understand the lady more so because of phone quality than her accent (not sure if she was American or not). She tried annoyingly hard to keep me as a customer, but I probably made it worse by lying about my reason for cancelling. She did finally agree to cancel for me, so I have a confirmation number and all the info I need, and hopefully I won't get charged any more than what she explained. Entire call lasted ** minutes.
