~loranwes:Did not get the Executive Account Customer service with this number. Had to call twice. First time there was a bad connection and rep could not hear me at all and hung up. Ended up with a foreigner although she spoke pretty good english and was nice enough. Trained to follow chain of command though and couldn't help resolve my "email getting blocked for no good reason" issue. She has to send case to corporate to review. When I had called the original customer support number they said the wait to get a resolution (maybe) would take at least seven days. At least this person said she'd expedite the complaint and they would call me within two business days*******we'll see.
