~Frustrated:Arrogant SOBs. I called from canada and asked for the Canadian support number -- it took me half an hour to find Get Human to get this US number. They gave me two numbers. When I called neither of these numbers were in service. Waste more time. Finally got another Canadian number but it cut me off after about a minute before I got to talk to anyone. Finally got someone.
