~Sher:I've worked in a ton of customer service positions and as a professional, I have never had such horrible service! Not only did I wait for ** minutes, but once I got somebody she was unwilling to give me the proper steps to resolve my issue. The website is a mess. I build professional sites and this is absolutely horrendous to find anything. Not user friendly at ALL! I will be pulling my money from this account ASAP, as well as making a formal complaint at the university. This was ridiculous. Burn me on customer service, and your company is done with me.
