~sanand80:Hope that your account doesn't get any unauthorized charges. I was a victim of fraud and alerted higherone while the chareges were pending. I had to wait until they paid the charges and go through and dispute every transactions. It took up to * weeks for them to issue me a "provisional credit" for these charges. I had to provide more proof than the people who used my account without my permission. I spoke to * reps before the third time i called and that rep was smart enough to cancel my card. Yes they were still allowing them to use my card after I contacted them and made them aware of the charges. This bank ***** and our school forces us to use them!
