However, the customer rep was very polite and resourceful, and found that the shoes I ordered were available in a regular width, rather than the ordered extra wide. Being familiar with the type of shoe, I'm sure that the width will be acceptable. The rep indicated that the order will be filled immediately, and she would send a check for the extra amount paid.
