There is a product defect in the HTC phone I had which is extremely dangerous to the user. These phones need to be recalled before people are killed by what happened to me. I've accumulated histories of this happening on other manufacturers' devices. I'm sure you don't want your phones to start causing horrible deaths. I'm trying to get HTC to listen to my story and look at this evidence. Nobody believes me. I'm talking with product defect attorneys and am filing a dangerous product report with Consumer and Corporate Affairs. Please make sure this message gets to the boardroom level. They need to know their phone is very likely to cause deaths.
