~boxedveggies:Transferred to Manila, and they couldn't help me because I didn't have laptop model eventho I had a case number (was calling on behalf of someone else who is on trip). I asked to be transfered to a Service dept and rep yelled saying she couldn't because I didn't have model number. After speaking to supervisor it seemed that they have very stict protocal for each call. Was transfered to Service only to be hung up on by someone in the US. Luckily I got the US number before they disconnected me. Once I called them again and was able to get a human, Christina, she looked up my case and said it was closed and couldn't get a hold of tech coming to our site. She asked for my number and promised to call me back with an update in ten minutes, its been ** minutes and a no call back (didn't expect one either). Horrible service by HP!Expected more from a company that has faithful following, even with their low stock!
