GetHuman-271946:Wow these people really make it hard for you to settle your balance early. Initial customer service was totally automated when I phoned for pay off balance & then when I tried to call number given on letter recieved it was not in operation.How unprofessional & unethical.Searched on net & found this info & ended up talking to someone in India-not really helpful when you have a Scottish accent! All in all a bad experience definately not to be repeated.
