~Ms. Mad:I was told good things about this company by a family member because she was getting excellent service from them. I choice to switch and port my number. I have been getting mobile network not available with strong signal. I was told by a rep from h** that I would get a credit for my trouble and my phone was cut off. I was also told that I could not get but a one time credit because I have not been with them long enough to get another credit. I do not like this reps because it is hard to understand them because of the accents. I hate now that I switched to them.
