~Anonymous:The representative was very kind and courteous, although he made it very clear that they were only refunding my money because I've purchased quite a bit from them in the past. I'm slightly upset about the policy of no refunds for things that were no fault of my own, and I wouldn't be as upset if the deal hadn't ended and I could purchase a new one, but the refund being put into my account can only be spent on Groupon, which means I can't use that money towards replacing the item from another store since Groupon no longer has it... I suppose I'm thankful that they at least refunded the money, even though it's only in credit, of course I would definitely never have used Groupon again had they not, so really it was more to their benefit than mine...
