~tlb2:Bought a Groupon for Pearle Vision. They did not deliver as promised and still have not got glasses. They say their lens cutting machine is broken. They only have one lens cutting machine!? They promised delivery today and were told my father is being hospitalized tomorrow so my mother needs her glasses today. They agreed to that date and earlier in the day they told us that it would be ready in two hours as their machine was being fixed momentarily and the glasses would be ready in * hours. We have them * hours and now are told they sent the glasses elsewhere and never called us even though they said they would.**Then I called Groupon customer service *** customer service, the *** customer service and the number listed by GetHuman and in each occasion the recording says to press * for customer service and then a recording tells you that ext **** in not valid. So, no way to get them by phone even though they say call us and we will refund.**This is truly horrible customer servic
