~Paul:Was told to call ***-***-**** to solve my problem. That phone * told me call ***-***-****. Called and was told go to nearest Greyhound station. Went to nearest Greyhound station and told to call ***-***-**** and the process started all over again. Never got any help, and when I did get a live person on the phone I had to let the phone ring about ** times and was then put on hold for ** minutes by a man who sounded intoxicated and then after ** minutes my phone call was disconnected. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life.
