Where are they finding these peoples, are they getting them from Greyhound ATL Hood People Headquarters. I think they are just getting people out of the Hood and putting them in an office with a phone and telling them to just answer it. I am so upset because not only did I purchase two separate tickets online but they would not do the exchange for $** for new tickets. I had to purchase a new ticket for $*** on top of the two tickets that I purchased yesterday and now I have to buy another ticket when my son gets to Dallas TX to get him on to Abilene TX, since Mr. Williams at the ATL lo
