GetHuman-368762:I spoke with three different representatives, two of which were extremely rude, before speaking with a even more surly supervisor. My issue was not resolved and the only solution I was offered would take approximately * weeks to be processed. I was told that the floor supervisor was the highest person in command that I was able to speak to and she did not have any more authority or knowledge than the support representatives.
