~Momandad：I am So upset!! My Kids bought this blank computer for me for my birthday, and I've had nothing but trouble! Sent in back (at OUR expense) after trying to talk to a Foreign Person for almost an hour. It wasn't fixed. I'd really like our money back, because it never HAS worked properly. I don't EVER complain, but I am so ticked! If it weren't so expensive, I'd throw the Thing Away! I'm so mad. Now, we'll have to call "Gateway" to speak to someone else, who we don't understand and doesn't really want to help us, again. Unsatisfied!!!!!!
