~Cory:there is no warning on this website that certain games have online content that is only accessible if you have the online code that comes with the game. so when you get the game, you can not fully experience it to make a educated decision to purchase the game. in the past i've bought "used" games from gamefly and they've sent me cracked discs and cases without instruction guides (that would have the online access codes) -- when you report these issues, they deny liability since they already have your money. without these warnings ahead of time, it's hard to make the decision to buy. the customer service was fully of copy*paste canned responses and i'm not very happy at all. i'm strongly considering cancelling my subscription.
