~Edward:They are the "pits" when it comes to any aspect of their service. We scheduled a flight to Florida in January for a March trip. They ask you a million questions... except your jockey short size...and when we arrived, they had changed the schedule and our flight had departed * hours earlier!!! We had to pay a thousand dollars for a one way trip to our planned trip. They never called or notified us of the change and took no responsibility for the lack of notification. We lost the entire roundtrip airfare for two. We want our money back!!!
